AVID FLYER AND MARK IV

Our vortex generators were installed on the wing and on the bottom of the horizontal 
stabilizer of the AVID. 

  The most noticeable improvement was the improved aileron control at very low air speeds which 
 caused the plane to feel more stable. There was also improved elevator
authority at the low air speeds especially just before touchdown on three point landings.
